Brainstorming - an enjoyable and very rewarding activity which ignores the standard coaching rules,
but gets motivated results. Honing our ability to think outside the box.
Analysing Complex Issues - a more sophisticated coaching approach, using Force Field Analysis, and fish
bone diagrams. This generates a lot of positive feeling, and because the participants work on real-world
issues is found to be really valuable. It aids in understanding of the client's "reality", clearly enough to solve
a problem or achieve a goal.
Coaching & Project Management - This powerful session is used at the beginning of a new project and
uses coaching principles to ensure the project team owns, and is focused on, the project goal, as well as
being focused on the teams own approach to the project.

An Introduction to EFT - A tool everyone should have at their fingertips.
Discover the power of EFT to release fears, phobias, anxieties, pain and many chronic conditions. This is a non-invasive technique which has been pioneered by Gary Craig in the USA and is now used extensively worldwide.
